A LITTLE FIELD GUIDE

A home for your films.

  1. Bring them home. Open this app on your phone and select videos. New uploads are sent securely to your private E:\backup-videos drive. Keep the PC and tunnel online.
  2. Make sure they're safe. Wait for a confirmed upload, then play it. Keep a second backup of irreplaceable moments.
  3. Make a little room. Remove phone copies yourself when you're ready. This app never deletes files from your phone.
  4. Watch anywhere you connect. Sign in from any device with an internet connection. Optimized streams make playback lighter; originals stay intact.

Uploads resume after connection loss. If you reload, select the same video to continue from the last saved chunk.

    Tap Add, then launch Reel Vault from its new Home Screen icon. Older iOS versions may show Add directly.

You choose the videos to upload here and keep the app open until they finish. Installing it does not automatically read or sync your camera roll. A native companion is needed for automatic backup; its background transfers are best effort and scheduled by iOS.

FOR AUTOMATIC CAMERA-ROLL BACKUP

Your iPhone companion.

Download the complete project on a Mac. Open its Xcode project, choose your Personal Team under Signing, connect your iPhone, select it as the run destination, and press Run. Follow the included setup guide.

This is an Xcode project for your own device, not an App Store or TestFlight release. Free Personal Team provisioning expires after 7 days; rebuild and reinstall from Xcode to refresh it. Background backup remains best effort under iOS scheduling.

The app shell can open offline. Signing in, uploading, and watching need an internet connection. Home-drive videos also need your PC online; video files are never cached for offline viewing.
